最近,日本用粉末冶金的方法研究了含0~60原子%Pt、0~50原子%Pd、40~65原子%Fe的合金。发现,含有一定量Pd的Pt—Pd—Fe合金,通过从高温淬火可以阻止有序化转变。这种合金在淬火后,经过时效处理发生磁硬。为了得到这种效果,含50、55和60原子%Fe的合金,分别需要添加20、10和5原子%Pd。其中35Pt—5Pd—60Fe合金显示出最高的磁特性。该合金的一些特性如下表所列:
Recently, Japan has studied by powder metallurgy an alloy containing 0 to 60 atom% of Pt, 0 to 50 atom% of Pd and 40 to 65 atom% of Fe.
