通过对混凝土体积收缩的原因及影响体积收缩值的主要因素的分析,提出并研究了常用的混凝土膨胀剂及其在混凝土中的膨胀机理,并对PF硫铝酸盐类膨胀剂进行了试验.研究结果表明,影响混凝土膨胀值的主要因素有:(1)水泥中C3S及C3A含量的影响;(2)膨胀剂中石膏掺量的影响;(3)膨胀剂中SO3、Al2O3含量及两者之比值大小的影响;(4)温度、水泥细度、水灰比大小等因素的影响.还提出了几个值得进一步探讨的问题:(1)SO3的最佳掺量与水泥成份的关系问题;(2)膨胀剂对水泥的适应性问题;(3)减水剂对掺膨胀剂水泥的适应性问题.
Through the analysis of the causes of volume shrinkage of concrete and the main factors affecting the volume shrinkage, the commonly used concrete expansion agent and its expansion mechanism in concrete were proposed and tested. The PF sulphoaluminate expansion agent was tested. The results show that the main factors that affect the expansion value of concrete are: (1) the influence of C3S and C3A content in cement; (2) the effect of gypsum content in expansion agent; (3) SO3, Al2O3 content in expansive agent and both The ratio of the size of the impact; (4) temperature, cement fineness, water-cement ratio and other factors.
