本文试验观察了锂、钠、钾、钙、镉、铵的氟化物和碘化物对锡、铋、锗、铊谱线强度的影响,对筒形电极和室电极作了对比实验。选用LiI、NH_(?)I作为热化学反应剂,在深孔筒形电极中用直流电弧(15安)进行蒸发,使锡的测定下限降低到0.05ppm,满足了矿床地质研究的需要。方法能同时测定铋、铊(0.1ppm)和锗(0.3ppm),重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)一般不超过16%。
The effects of lithium, sodium, potassium, calcium, cadmium and ammonium fluoride and iodide on the spectral intensities of tin, bismuth, germanium and thallium were investigated in this paper. The comparison between cylindrical electrode and chamber electrode was made. LiI and NH_ (?) I were selected as thermochemical reactants and evaporated by DC arc (15 A) in a deep-hole cylindrical electrode to reduce the lower limit of tin to 0.05ppm, which meets the needs of deposit geological research. The method can simultaneously determine bismuth, thallium (0.1ppm) and germanium (0.3ppm), and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the repeated determination does not exceed 16%.
