测定了溶液酸度、缓冲溶液种类及其用量、溶剂和干扰物等对甲磺酸帕珠沙星(PZFX)荧光性质的影响,建立了简便快捷的荧光光度法测定PZFX的定量方法.实验表明,PZFX在pH=4.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中荧光强度最大,且缓冲液用量对PZFX荧光强度影响不大.干扰试验表明该方法的抗干扰能力比较强.当λex/λem=252nm/402nm时,PZFX浓度在1.00×10-8~2.00×10-6 mol/L范围内,其荧光强度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限4.00×10-10 mol/L.当PZFX浓度为1.00×10-7 mol/L时,测得相对标准偏差为2.1%.该法可用于实际样品注射液中PZFX含量的测定.
The influence of the solution acidity, the type and amount of buffer solution, solvents and interferences on the fluorescence properties of pazufloxacin mesylate (PZFX) was determined and a simple and rapid method for the determination of PZFX by fluorescence spectrophotometry was established. The fluorescence intensity of PZFX in HAc-NaAc buffer system with pH = 4.8 was the largest, and the amount of buffer solution had little effect on the fluorescence intensity of PZFX.The interference test showed that the anti-interference ability of PZFX was strong.When λex / λem = 252nm / 402nm, The concentration of PZFX in the range of 1.00 × 10-8 ~ 2.00 × 10-6 mol / L showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of PZFX, the correlation coefficient was 0.9993, the detection limit was 4.00 × 10-10 mol / L. When the concentration of PZFX was 1.00 × 10-7 mol / L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1% .The method can be used to determine the content of PZFX in the injection of PZFX.
