针对东风_6型内燃机车采用的晶闸管电压调整器与其微机系统配套使用时存在的问题,建议用微机来实现电压调整功能。根据电压调整器的控制对象及其控制要求,确定选用8位的8031单片机来实现方案设计,并用一块8位模数转换芯片对辅助发电机的输出电压和励磁采样,用大功率场效应管来提供辅助发电机的励磁。文中还具体介绍了微机调整器的控制原理、硬件组成和软件程序,以及故障保护设计。
In order to solve the problems existed in the application of thyristor voltage regulator used by DF6 diesel locomotive and its microcomputer system, it is suggested that the voltage regulating function should be implemented by microcomputer. According to the control object of the voltage regulator and its control requirements, the 8-bit 8031 MCU is selected to realize the scheme design. An 8-bit analog-to-digital converter chip is used to sample the output voltage and excitation of the auxiliary generator and use the high power FET Provide auxiliary generator excitation. The paper also introduces the computer control principle, hardware components and software programs, and fault protection design.
