Fluorescein isothiocyanate-150 (FD-150) was used as a tracer to observe the change of microvascular permeability of rats (n = 8) and no (n = 13) during endotoxic shock. The results showed that the microvascular permeability of endotoxic shock rabbits increased progressively with the progress of shock, and the content of plasma fibronectin (Fn) decreased significantly (P <0.05).
