以2,2,2-三氟乙醇钠,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-八氟戊醇钠和4-甲醛基苯酚钠为亲核试剂与聚二氯磷腈进行取代反应,后经硼氢化钠将醛基还原,得到了一种含有羟基的氟代烷氧基取代聚磷腈.以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为交联剂,三乙胺为催化剂,可以将制得的氟代烷氧基取代聚磷腈在室温下交联.通过核磁共振(~(31)P NMR,~1H-NMR)和红外光谱(IR)对该氟代烷氧基取代聚磷腈的结构进行了表征,并对其交联前后的力学性能和热性能进行了分析,发现该氟代烷氧基取代聚磷腈具有拉伸强度高、玻璃化转变温度低、热稳定性好等优点.“,”A new kind of poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene)containing hydroxy was obtained by the substitution reaction between poly(dichlorophosphazene)and the sodium salts of trifluoroethanol,dodecafluoroheptanol and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,which were nucleophilic reagents,followed by reduction reaction of 4-formylphenoxy with sodium borohydride.The poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene)can be cross-linked at room temperature in the presence of isophorone diisocyanate and triethylamine catalyst.The molecular structure of the poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene)was characterized by ~(31)P and ~1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The mechanical properties and thermal properties of the polymer,before and after which was cross-linked,were also analyzed.The results indicated that the terpolymers had low glass transition temperature,good thermal stability and high tensile strength.
