过去,我厂制造螺纹环规,一直采用车削螺纹留余量,淬火后研磨精加工的方法。但采用这种方法,生产周期长,效率低,合格率不高,因而环规供不应求,成了生产关键。为了解决这个关键,我们采用了螺纹环规淬火后挑扣新工艺。用此工艺加工的环规精度达到2a级,根据环规直径大小,精度控制在+0.016~+0.008毫米范围内,光洁度在9以上,完全符合图纸要求。新工艺缩短了
In the past, I plant the manufacture of thread ring gauge, has been used to leave the remaining amount of thread turning, grinding and finishing after quenching methods.
