目的分析验证检测运动功能的电脑软件及装置对帕金森患者手动作缓慢和肌肉僵直的检测能力,并分析其与病程、疾病分期、帕金森病评分量表(unified Parkinson,s disease rating scale,UPDRS)运动功能评分之间的关系。方法实验对象共分为两组,按照英国脑库标准诊断的帕金森病组70例,正常对照组60例。应用自行设计的电脑软件,进行手指轮替试验和水平移动试验检测运动时间,定量检测受试者的手运动功能。结果手运动功能检测装置与性别无关,而与优势手、非优势手及年龄有关。帕金森病组各H-Y分期运动功能改变明显(P<0.05)。随着病程的延长帕金森病的运动功能逐渐减退,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电脑检测装置与UPDRS运动功能评分两者之间存在很好的一致性(P<0.05)。结论所设计的手运动功能测定装置是用于针对帕金森病患者手运动功能改变的有效检测方法。对帕金森病早期诊断及疾病进展具有一定的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between disease severity, disease stage, Parkinson’s disease rating scale (UPDRS), computer software and device to verify the detection of hand movement and muscle stiffness in Parkinson’s disease patients. ) Relationship between motor function scores. Methods The subjects were divided into two groups: 70 patients with Parkinson’s disease and 60 patients with normal control diagnosed according to British Brain Bank standard. Application of computer software designed for finger rotation test and horizontal movement test to detect exercise time, quantitative detection of subjects’ hand motor function. Results Hand motor function testing device has nothing to do with gender, but with the dominant hand, non-dominant hand and age. Parkinson’s disease group H-Y staging motor function changed significantly (P <0.05). The motor function of Parkinson’s disease gradually decreased with the prolongation of duration, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a good agreement between the computer test device and UPDRS motor function scores (P <0.05). Conclusions The designed hand motion measurement device is an effective method for the detection of hand motility in patients with Parkinson’s disease. The early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and disease progression has a certain significance.
