从现有工作满意度影响因素研究中归纳整理了较为普遍的五类——个体变量、工作本身、工作环境、工作回报、工作关系,并从个体和工作两个层面将各因素逐项进行了分析,构建了工作满意度影响因素钻石模型。进而运用该模型在个体层面提出了加强价值观契合、人力资源管理实践知觉等对策;在工作组织层面提出了构建任务型组织等对策。以期通过改善人力资源管理提高员工工作满意度,提高组织效率和效果。
From the research on the influencing factors of the existing job satisfaction, it summarizes the more general five categories - individual variables, the work itself, the working environment, the work return, the work relations, and carries on the individual and work aspects Analyzed and constructed the diamond model of the influencing factors of job satisfaction. Furthermore, this model is put forward at the individual level to enhance the fit of values and human resource management practices and other countermeasures. At the organizational level, some suggestions are put forward such as building a task-oriented organization. With a view to improving employee job satisfaction by improving human resource management and improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
