目的观察中药对抗模拟失重引起的“脾气虚”的效应。方法分别进行了用中药复方(党参、白术、茯苓等)的动物及人体实验。结果大鼠连续15d悬吊后出现了体重增长缓慢、脾脏和胸腺萎缩、小腿比目鱼肌和腓肠肌萎缩等不良反应,复方能有效地纠正这些反应;人头低位卧床7d出现的体重减轻及各种主观不适,服用该复方后亦有明显改善。结论应用中药复方能减轻模拟失重条件下引起的动物及人体“脾气虚”的证象
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine against spleen deficiency caused by simulated weightlessness. Methods Animals and human experiments with traditional Chinese medicine (Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, etc.) were conducted. Results After 15 days’ continuous suspension, the rats showed slow weight gain, atrophy of the spleen and thymus, shrimp soleus and gastrocnemius atrophy, and other adverse reactions. The compound can effectively correct these reactions. The weight loss and various subjective discomfort , After taking the compound has also been significantly improved. Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal compound can reduce the evidence of “spleen deficiency” caused by simulated weightlessness in animals and humans
