建筑工程造价控制与管理是工程建设的重要环节,其不仅能保障建筑工程顺利建设,而且能有效降低建筑企业的施工成本,对建筑企业的发展具有重要作用。建筑工程涉及到多项环节,其资金状况易受人为因素及自然因素的影响,所以建筑企业必须注重对建筑工程造价进行控制与管理。本文以建筑工程造价控制与管理方法作为研究对象,通过对工程造价管理存在的问题进行合理分析,并明确每个环节中的资金使用情况,从而实现建筑工程造价有效控制和管理,降低建筑企业的整体施工成本,从而促进建筑企业更好发展。
