改革开放既立足中国,也放眼世界。美国作为发达资本主义国家的代表,一直是中国改革开放的重要参照对象。中国一方面学习美国经验,吸纳美国的积极因素促进中国的现代化建设;另一方面警惕美国的演变,反对美国的霸权,坚持中国的制度基础和外交原则。中国辩证地把两个方面结合起来,推动改革开放深入发展。 Both reform and opening up are based in China and the world. As the representative of the developed capitalist countries, the United States has always been an important reference object for China’s reform and opening up. On the one hand, China studies the experience of the United States, absorbs the positive factors of the United States and promotes the modernization of China; on the other hand, it is vigilant against the evolution of the United States, opposes the hegemony of the United States and upholds the institutional foundation and diplomatic principles of China. China has dialectically combined the two aspects to promote the in-depth development of the reform and opening up.
