西南大学近期成功研制33%螺螨酯.阿维菌素悬浮剂。研究人员以螺螨酯为主干药剂,与其他常用杀螨剂进行复配,从中筛选最佳配伍,并通过助剂系统的研究,进一步加工成悬浮剂,为螺螨酯的应用提供科学理论依据和技术储备。主要研究过程及结果:(1)采用药膜法和玻片浸渍法分别对5种常用杀螨剂进行室内毒力测定,比较单剂杀螨剂对朱砂叶螨的毒力大小。其中玻片浸渍法中螺螨酯、阿维菌素、丁醚脲、哒螨灵、唑螨酯的LC50分别为356.8878、0.98675、
