本文以24个小麦基因型为试验材料,对超高产基因型的冠层结构特性进行了研究.结果表明,与非超高产基因型相比,超高产基因型:1.冠层平均高度显著降低,平均穗长、最大叶面积指数、上部三叶叶面积指数、单位面积有效茎数、单茎干物质重和单位面积干物质重显著增加;2.叶面积指数发展协调而稳定、透光率适宜、旗叶叶绿素含量高、SOD酶的活性强、MDA含量低,上三叶光合速率显著提高;3.单位冠层空间生产能力显著提高,平均单位空间生物产量和籽粒产量分别提高13.6%和25.1%.相关分析结果表明,粒重/叶(mg/cm2)比值和灌浆期叶面积指数与产量关系最为密切.
In this study, 24 wheat genotypes were used to study the canopy structure characteristics of super-high-yielding genotypes.The results showed that compared with non-super-genotype genotypes, the genotype of super-high yield was 1. The average canopy height was significantly lower , Average spike length, maximum leaf area index, leaf area index of upper leaves, effective stem number per unit area, single stem dry matter weight and dry matter weight per unit area increased significantly.2. Leaf area index developed in a coordinated and stable manner, The flag leaf chlorophyll content is high, the activity of SOD enzyme is strong, the content of MDA is low, the photosynthetic rate of the upper three leaves is significantly increased.3.The unit space productivity of the canopy is significantly increased, the average unit space biological yield and grain yield are increased by 13.6% and 25.1% .The correlation analysis showed that the ratio of grain weight / leaf (mg / cm2) and the leaf area index during grain filling stage were most closely related to the yield.
