目的:筛选出最佳的柴葛消热颗粒的成型工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验,以颗粒的粗粒与细粉总和的百分率为指标,综合评价柴葛消热颗粒成型工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件是干浸膏粉与糊精为1∶0.75比例混合均匀,以90%乙醇制软材,60℃干燥,其颗粒的各指标均最好。结论:柴葛消热颗粒制粒工艺条件的筛选为该产品的工业生产提供了科学理论依据。
Objective: To filter out the best Chai Ge heat-dissipating particles molding process conditions. Methods: Using orthogonal test, taking the percentage of the sum of the coarse grains and the fine powders as the indexes, the comprehensive evaluation of the Chai Ge heat-dissipation granules forming process was made. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: dry extract powder and dextrin were uniformly mixed in a ratio of 1: 0.75, and soft dried with 90% ethanol and dried at 60 ℃. Conclusion: The screening of Chaige heat-release granules granulation technology provides the scientific basis for the industrial production of this product.
