作者在解剖上肢标本时发现1例小指伸肌腱起自尺侧腕伸肌腱的变异,查阅国内外文献,尚未见此类变异的报道,为了丰富国人解剖学资料,报道如下。此例标本为成年男性左上肢,解剖其前臂后区肌肉及腕后区骨纤维管,发现指伸肌腱分出一腱束止于小指指背腱膜桡侧部,在其尺侧未发现小指伸肌肌腹,而在腕背最尺侧的骨纤维管内,尺侧腕伸肌腱(宽0.70 cm)分出一支较细的肌腱
When dissecting the upper extremity specimens, we found a variation of the tendon of the extensor carpi ulnaris from the ulnar extensor carpius. We did not find any reports of such variations in domestic and foreign literatures. In order to enrich the anatomy of our country, we report the following. This case specimen for the adult male left upper limb, anatomical forearm muscles and the posterior region of the bone fiber tube and found that the extensor tendon out of a tendon bundle ends in the small finger dorsal aponeurosis radial side, found in the ulnar side of the little finger Extensor muscle sarcoplasium, and in the ulnar fiber tube at the ulnar side of the wrist, the ulnar wrist extensor tendon (0.70 cm wide) divides a thinner tendon
