目的:研究探索蚁附蠲痹超细微粉对佐剂性关节炎大鼠TLR/TRAF/Fas信号转导的影响,为药物治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床作用机理研究提供药理学依据。方法:用完全弗氏佐剂(FCA)于大鼠右后足跖皮下注入踝关节,复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型。于造模当日开始给药,每天1次,连续给药21天,于末次给药后,无菌条件下取脾脏,进行相应操作,比较模型组与其他各组之间Faslg、TLR2和TRAF6基因mRNA表达量的变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,蚁附蠲痹超细微粉高、中、低剂量组Faslg、TLR2和TRAF6基因mRNA表达量明显降低。结论:蚁附蠲痹超细微粉具有良好的抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of ant superfine particles on the TLR / TRAF / Fas signal transduction in adjuvant arthritis rats and to provide pharmacological evidences for the study on the mechanism of drug treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Ankle joint was injected subcutaneously with complete Freund’s adjuvant (FCA) into the right posterior plantar of rats to produce the model of adjuvant arthritis in rats. Administered on the day of modeling, once a day for 21 consecutive days. After the last administration, the spleens were taken under aseptic conditions and the corresponding operation was performed. The Faslg, TLR2 and TRAF6 genes were compared between the model group and other groups mRNA expression changes. Results: Compared with the model group, the mRNA expression of Faslg, TLR2 and TRAF6 in the high, middle and low doses of the antislice paralysis superfine powder was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Superfine aphid paralysis has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
