目前,非物质文化遗产保护工作已经上升为国家文化发展战略。但由于非物质文化遗产还是一个全新的概念和工作内容,理论和实践的准备均显不足。在这样的背景下,在非物质文化遗产的保护过程中,知识产权保护是一项重要而必不可少的制度。文章试从理清非物质文化遗产的概念出发,探索对其保护的必要性及意义,进而提出对其进行知识产权保护的一些看法。
At present, the protection of intangible cultural heritage has risen to a national cultural development strategy. However, due to the fact that the intangible cultural heritage is still a brand new concept and content of work, both theoretical and practical preparations are inadequate. In this context, the protection of intellectual property is an important and indispensable system in the protection of intangible cultural heritage. The article attempts to clarify the concept of intangible cultural heritage, explore the necessity and significance of its protection, and then put forward some of its views on the protection of intellectual property.
