随着对干细胞研究的不断深入和研究技术的不断提高,人们逐渐认识到包括肾癌在内的恶性肿瘤是一种干细胞疾病,最近先后在不同的恶性肿瘤中找到了肿瘤干细胞的分子标志物。ABCG2转运蛋白首先是在人肿瘤组织中发现的一种耐药蛋白,根据其分子功能作为SP细胞(侧群干细胞)的分子标志。肾癌的一大特性是对化疗极不敏感,并且根据ABCG2在肾癌中表达的研究,认为ABCG2可作为肾癌干细胞的表面标记,有可能为肾癌的药物治疗提供新的思路。本文综述了肿瘤干细胞的概念,ABCG2的结构、作用及其与肾癌干细胞可能的关系。
With the deepening of research on stem cells and continuous improvement of research techniques, people are gradually realizing that malignant tumors including kidney cancer are a kind of stem cell disease. Recently, cancer stem cell molecular markers have been found in different malignant tumors. The ABCG2 transporter is first and foremost an antibiotic-resistant protein found in human tumor tissue that functions as a molecular marker of SP cells (side population stem cells) based on its molecular function. A major feature of renal cancer is that it is extremely insensitive to chemotherapy. According to the study of ABCG2 expression in renal cell carcinoma, ABCG2 is considered as a surface marker of renal cancer stem cells and may provide new ideas for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma. This article reviews the concept of cancer stem cells, the structure and function of ABCG2 and its possible relationship with renal cancer stem cells.
