依据对“富安模式”的社会调查资料的研究分析结果,指出农业技术创新活动不但受地区、政策制约,而且受产业结构、产业运行方式制约。农业系统内的信息交换、技术交流和技术创新计划的实施,都需要依赖于一定的组织框架来实现;并且同一种新技术依托于不同的组织框架、采用不同的开发方式通常会产生不同的创新绩效。因此,必须因地制宜,探寻、开发合适的区域农业技术创新系统。
Based on the research results of social survey data on the “Fu An mode”, it is pointed out that the agricultural technological innovation activities are not only restricted by regions and policies, but also by the industrial structure and industrial operation mode. The exchange of information within the agricultural system, the exchange of technology and the implementation of technological innovation programs all need to be dependent on a certain organizational framework; and the same new technology relies on different organizational frameworks, and different approaches to development often result in different innovations Performance.
