食道平滑肌肉瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤,Postlethwait收集到1979年为止的文献报道只40例。1902年Hohard报道了第一例食道平滑肌肉瘤病例。1945年Harrington第一次成功地切除了食道平滑肌肉瘤。现将我院1979年以来收治的二例食道平滑肌肉瘤病例作一报道。例一:李××,男性,57岁。因四肢无力,胸闷气短五个月入院,摄胸片见右胸部有一类园形肿块,食道吞钡见食道下段有推移现象。临床上无吞咽困难,诊断为食道平滑肌瘤,全麻下右侧开胸,发现肿块来自食道肌层,已向外侵犯与周围组织有粘连。摘
Esophageal leiomyosarcoma is a rare tumor. Postlethwait collected only 40 cases reported in 1979. In 1902 Hohard reported the first case of esophageal leiomyosarcoma. In 1945 Harrington successfully excised esophageal leiomyosarcoma for the first time. Two cases of esophageal leiomyosarcoma treated in our hospital since 1979 are reported here. Example 1: Li X, male, 57 years old. Due to weakness in the limbs, chest tightness, shortness of breath and five months admission, the chest radiograph showed a type of round-shaped mass in the right chest, and the esophagus swallowed to see the lower segment of the esophagus. There was no dysphagia in the clinic. The diagnosis was esophageal leiomyoma. Under the general anesthesia, the right chest was opened. The mass was found to be from the esophagus and the muscle had been infiltrated with surrounding tissue. Abstract
