以甘蔗渣为栽培主料,添加不同类型氮源栽培平菇,研究不同配方对菌丝长势、生长速度以及子实体产量和生物转化率的影响。结果表明,硝酸铵为影响平菇生物转化率的主要因素,而硫酸铵和氨基酸对其影响不明显。配方1(A1B1C1),即硝酸铵1%、硫酸铵0.5%、不添加氨基酸时,平菇菌丝长势好,生长速度快,产量高,为甘蔗渣栽培平菇的最佳组合,生物转化率为57.6%。
Bagasse was used as the main material for cultivation, and different types of nitrogen sources were used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus to study the effects of different formulations on mycelial growth, growth rate, fruiting body yield and bioconversion rate. The results showed that ammonium nitrate was the main factor that affected the bioconversion rate of Pleurotus ostreatus, while the influence of ammonium sulfate and amino acids was not obvious. The formula 1 (A1B1C1), namely ammonium nitrate 1%, ammonium sulfate 0.5%, without adding amino acids, Pleurotus ostreatus good growth, fast growth, high yield, the optimum combination of Bagasse cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus, the biological conversion rate 57.6%.
