在西部伊斯兰宗教文化区,在这样一个群众宗教意识根深蒂固、宗教传统历史悠久、宗教力量相对强势的特殊的区域文化环境下,社会主义核心价值观信仰的确立离不开与当地文化环境的相互包容、融合。特别是当下,极端宗教思想在一些地方渗透十分严重,社会主义核心价值观建设同时面临着“去极端化”的特殊任务。因此,要使核心价值观建设落地生根,发挥好文化软实力的作用,就必须抓住该区域宗教文化环境的特殊性,聚焦核心价值观建设和反对极端宗教思想的内在相关性,针对思想文化建设面临的急迫问题,探索出一条切合实际的特殊路径。
