创建学习型企业,保持企业可持续发展是知识经济时代竞争的必然选择。作为基层电网建设单位,我们近几年在创建学习型企业过程中不断摸索,采用专业理论学习、内外部培训、信息交流平台、实践中学习技术、同业对标等方式,实现知识共享和人才当量密度的提升。现结合实践中的应用方法,对学习型企业在基层的创建工作进行探讨交流,进而推动学习型企业创建工作的不断发展,为建设智能电网打造强有力的人才队伍。
