为了提高锚杆钻车的作业范围和满足大断面的锚杆支护需求,在现有的锚杆钻车中增加矩形伸缩套筒机构,但是前期设计的矩形伸缩套筒结构存在严重的偏载磨损问题,导致整机在使用过程中出现严重的质量问题,影响整机的使用效果。针对此问题,组织相关技术人员重新对结构进行工况模拟和动力学分析,以及力学模型验证,对钻臂矩形伸缩套筒重新进行结构优化设计。
