目的 :观察依那普利联合黄芪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效。方法 :符合诊断标准的慢性肾小球肾炎 3 3例 ,随机分成 3组 ,每组 11例 ,分别给予氨氯地平、依那普利及依那普利 +黄芪治疗。结果 :治疗后 3组上午血压均明显下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ;依那普利、依那普利 +黄芪组午夜血压、2 4小时尿蛋白明显下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ,尿蛋白大分子构成比、内生肌酐清除率明显改善 ( P<0 .0 1) ;依那普利 +黄芪组血清白蛋白明显上升 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :依那普利能明显改善内生肌酐清除率、2 4小时尿蛋白、尿蛋白大分子构成比 ,加用黄芪明显提高血清白蛋白浓度
Objective: To observe the curative effect of enalaprol and astragalus on chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods: Thirty-three patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups (11 in each group), and were treated with amlodipine, enalapril, and enalapril plus astragalus. Results: After 3 days of treatment, the blood pressure was significantly decreased (P0.01). After enalapril, enalapril + astragalus group, midnight blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein decreased significantly (P0.01) , Urinary protein macromolecules, endogenous creatinine clearance was significantly improved (P <0.01); enalapril + astragalus serum albumin was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Enalapril can significantly improve the rate of endogenous creatinine clearance, 24-hour urinary protein and urinary protein macromolecules, and the addition of astragalus significantly increases serum albumin concentration
