手术切除是治疗食管癌病人的首选手段。为了保证手术切除的彻底性，胸段食管全切除、颈部食管一胃吻合术逐年增多，这类病人的心脑并发症也随之增多。为了解老年人食管癌颈部吻合本围术期心肺并发症的发生与处理，现对我院1991年1月～1995年10月39例此类病例进行回顾性分析。1?
Surgical resection is the first choice for the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer. In order to ensure the thoroughness of surgical resection, total thoracic esophagectomy and cervical esophageal-gastric anastomosis have been increasing year by year. The cardiovascular and brain complications of these patients have also increased. In order to understand the occurrence and treatment of elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma of the neck and anastomosis of the heart and lung complications, we retrospectively analyzed 39 cases of this type from January 1991 to October 1995 in our hospital. 1?
