This paper introduces the characteristics of the accident of water inrush from the floor and working face when the 80m level Shimen Roadway passing through the FA fault in the Cauchi Coal Mine of Vietnam, the grouting reinforcement treatment scheme, the concrete grouting technology and the effect. Grouting has been successful and the construction of roadway passes smoothly through the fault zone. The characteristics of the accident of water inrush from the floor and working face occurred again when the tunnel of 80m horizontal Shihmen coal mine in Vietnam passes through the FA fault, and the grouting reinforcement project Grouting process and effect. Grouting has been a success, making the tunnel construction passed the fault zone smoothly.
