目的分析影响DSA影像质量的相关因素与控制对策。方法对2014年230例患者的DSA影像资料做回顾性分析。结果 230例肝癌肝动脉DSA检查一次成功216例,占93.48%,重复检查14例,占6.52%。结论在进行DSA检查时要获得良好的图像质量,既要保证DSA机的正常运转,选用合理的造影剂用量与流速,还要确保医生、以及患者之间的密切配合。
Objective To analyze the related factors and control strategies that affect the quality of DSA images. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on DSA images of 230 patients in 2014. Results 230 cases of hepatic artery DSA examination of a successful 216 cases, accounting for 93.48%, 14 cases repeated examination, accounting for 6.52%. Conclusions Good DSA imaging quality is achieved by ensuring proper operation of the DSA machine, using reasonable dosages and flow rates of the contrast medium, and ensuring close cooperation between the physician and the patient.
