目的总结临床药师参与临床工作的经验和体会,讨论临床药师在临床医疗行为中发挥的作用。方法临床药师利用药学知识在临床工作中,对医师向患者的服务过程中所遇到的问题进行处理。结果临床药师在参与临床工作中能够起到监督临床合理用药的作用,配合医生制定合理的给药方案及选择适宜的剂型,推荐品种不同但作用相同的其他药品,和患者进行良好的沟通提高患者服药的依从性,对有问题的医嘱提出修改意见保证安全用药,是药物不良反应的记录者、药学知识的宣传者。结论临床药师可以很好地服务于临床,特别是在药学方面能够对临床治疗起到很大帮助作用,即提高治疗效果,促进临床安全合理用药,减少药物不良反应的发生。
Objective To summarize the experience and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical work and to discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice. Methods Clinical pharmacists use pharmacy knowledge in clinical work to deal with problems encountered by physicians in the service to patients. Results Clinical pharmacists can play a role in monitoring the rational use of clinical medicine in clinical work. Cooperate with doctors to formulate reasonable dosage regimens and select appropriate dosage forms. Recommend other drugs of different varieties but with the same effect, and communicate well with patients to improve patients Adhere to the medication, the doctor’s advice on the issue put forward amendments to modify the safety of medication to ensure that adverse drug reactions record, pharmaceutical knowledge advocate. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can serve the clinical well, especially in the pharmacy can play a significant role in clinical treatment, that is, to improve the treatment effect, to promote clinical safe and rational use of drugs to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
