目的:建立不同产地酸枣仁药材HPLC-DAD-ELSD指纹图谱,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:采用HPLC-DAD-ELSD方法测定了14个产地酸枣仁药材样品,采用药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A进行评价,建立了共有模式,以相关度评价图谱的相似性。结果:14个产地酸枣仁药材的色谱指纹图谱黄酮类有15个共有峰,皂苷类有11个共有峰。建立的方法对酸枣仁药材中黄酮类成分、皂苷类成分均有良好的分离,一次进样同时测定了两类不同成分的指纹图谱。结论:本方法可用于酸枣仁药材中黄酮类成分和皂苷类成分指纹图谱的测定,为控制酸枣仁药材的质量提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprinting of medicinal materials of Spinosae Radix in different habitats and provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of their quality. Methods: HPLC-DAD-ELSD method was used to determine the medicinal materials of 14 Chinese medicinal materials of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. The similarity was evaluated by the similarity evaluation system 2004A of Chinese traditional medicine Chromatographic Fingerprinting System promulgated by the Pharmacopoeia Commission, and the common mode was established. Results: There were 15 common peaks of flavonoids and 11 common peaks of saponins in the chromatographic fingerprints of 14 Chinese medicinal plants. The established method has good separation of the flavonoids and the saponins in the wild jujube kernels, and the fingerprints of two different components were simultaneously measured in one injection. Conclusion: The method can be used for the determination of flavonoids and saponins fingerprints of the wild jujube kernels, and provide the basis for the quality control of the wild jujube kernels.
