我厂是1958年建厂的县办国有中型企业,生产农用运输车、脱粒机、挂车三大系列23个规格、型号产品,具有年产农用车5000辆、脱粒机3000台、挂车7000辆的生产能力。几年来,我厂坚持紧紧围绕市场做文章,不断调整产品结构,开发适销对路产品,走出了一条“引进、消化、吸收、创新”产品开发新路子,促进了企业稳步协调发展。从1988年以来,产值、利税分别平均每年增长38%、35%;在国家没有给一分钱固定资产贷款的情况下,固定资产由302万元净增值2055万元,1993年完成工业总产值5997万元,实现利税460万元,上交利税380万元,实现销售收入7319万元,分别比上年增长90%、103%、72.7%、179.5%,其中新产品产值占企业总产值87%;其它各项经济技术指标也分别创历史最好水平。在强化经营决策、优化产品结构、加快企业发展方面,我们的主要做法和体会是:
