随着精益生产在我国制造业的兴起,很多行业都在尝试如何部分或全部引入精益生产,以此来增加企业应对市场变化的能力,提高自身的市场竞争优势。本文就从电梯行业如何进行精益生产的转型进行简要阐述,并对其中容易遇到的几点问题进行说明与分析。
With the rise of lean manufacturing in China’s manufacturing industry, many industries are trying to introduce some or all of lean manufacturing in order to increase their ability to cope with market changes and enhance their market competitive advantages. This article will briefly explain how to carry out lean production transformation in the elevator industry and explain and analyze some problems that are easy to be encountered in the elevator industry.
