大连期货大厦的结构设计中采用了钢梁开大洞的设计方案,洞口尺寸超过了规范的限值。为了安全合理地实施该设计方案,找出钢梁开洞后的受力特性,采用梁开洞较成熟的空腹桁架理论来分析钢梁开洞后对梁承载力的影响,得出了钢梁开洞处应力的解析解,并归纳出简单受力状态下钢梁开矩形洞口的不利位置,开洞位置变化对梁承载力影响的规律,洞口尺寸对钢梁承载力的影响。分析成果在实际工程设计中得到了成功应用。
Dalian Futures Building, the structural design used in the design of steel beams open big hole, hole size exceeds the regulatory limits. In order to implement the design plan safely and reasonably, the force characteristics of the steel beam after opening hole are found out. The more mature beam theory is used to analyze the influence of open beam on the bearing capacity of beam, The influence of the unfavorable position of rectangular opening with steel beam on the bearing capacity under simple stress and the influence of the position change of open hole on the bearing capacity of the beam and the influence of the hole size on the bearing capacity of the steel beam are summarized. The results of the analysis have been successfully applied in practical engineering design.
