为了迅速验证1978年拟定的双圆弧齿轮统一齿形的承载能力,我们首先试制该齿形的滚刀。滚刀齿形如图1所示。法向模数M_n=3,滚刀外径90毫米,槽数10,单头,滚刀材料为W_(18)C_(r4)V,滚刀齿形公差规定为:工作部份 +0.02 -0.01非工作部份 +0.04 -0.01。考虑我们条件限制,把滚刀设计成直槽的,以保证滚刀的刃磨精度达我国JB标准(草案)中规定的“AA”级要求。
In order to quickly verify the bearing capacity of the double-circular arc gear in 1978 that has been developed, we first trial the toothed hob. Hob tooth shape shown in Figure 1. The normal modulus M_n = 3, hob outer diameter 90 mm, number of slots 10, single head, hob material W_ (18) C_ (r4) V, hob tooth tolerance is defined as: the working part +0.02 - 0.01 non-working part +0.04 -0.01. Considering our conditions, the hob designed straight slot to ensure the accuracy of hob grinding up to China’s JB standard (draft) “AA” level requirements.
