在胶接接头疲劳损伤扩展的研究中,已经应用了超声频谱技术。它是在试件的疲劳过程中,在其结构上周期性地引入一个超声信号。然后,将每一波形数字化并进行贮存,以备事后处理。用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法分析超声波信号的频谱组成。从振幅和相位谱的数据中,就能计算出超声波在试件中的衰减和散射。通过连续监测整个胶接接头疲劳试验过程的超声波信号,就能预测剩余寿命。对超声波测试结果进行分析,还可以得到试件在机械加载中的响应曲线。
Ultrasound spectroscopy has been used in the study of fatigue damage expansion of adhesive joints. It is in the process of fatigue test piece, the structure of periodically introducing an ultrasonic signal. Then, each waveform is digitized and stored for later processing. The spectral composition of the ultrasonic signal is analyzed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm. From the data of the amplitude and phase spectra, the attenuation and scattering of ultrasound in the specimen can be calculated. By continuously monitoring the ultrasonic signal throughout the fatigue test of a cemented joint, the remaining life can be predicted. The ultrasonic test results were analyzed, you can get the response of the specimen in the mechanical loading curve.
