目的 探讨微重力环境对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞增殖的作用。方法 取健康产妇剖宫产术后脐带,用胶原酶Ⅰ消化血管内皮细胞,进行原代培养,在碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)作用下细胞长期传代;将内皮细胞置于回转器内模拟太空微重力培养,同时设地面静止培养对照,测定72h内血管内皮细胞增殖水平。结果 模拟微重力下细胞增殖高于对照组。结论 培养的脐静脉血管内皮细胞对微重力环境敏感。
Objective To investigate the effect of microgravity on the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Methods Umbilical cord after cesarean section was obtained from healthy pregnant women. Collagenase Ⅰ was used to digest vascular endothelial cells for primary culture. The cells were passaged for a long time under the action of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). The endothelial cells were placed in the rotator Simulated space microgravity culture, while setting the ground static culture control, determination of vascular endothelial cell proliferation within 72h. Results Under simulated microgravity, cell proliferation was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells are sensitive to microgravity.
