森林脑炎为森林地区特有的一种传染病,1952年于我国东北林区证实有本病之流行,但到目前为止,有关本病的临床观察报告尚属不多。1961年5-6月间我省浑江市灣沟镇林区发生该病患者50余名,我等在当地林业局职工医院的大力协助下,对该地近年来本病流行情况作了一些调查,并观察了部分病例,茲将其中资料较完整之49例进行临床分析报告如下。
Forest encephalitis is a kind of endemic infectious disease in the forest area. In 1952, it was confirmed that the disease was endemic in the northeastern forest region of our country. However, up to now, the clinical observation report about this disease is still scarce. From May to June 1961, there were more than 50 patients with this disease in the forest area of Wangou Town, Hunjiang City, Hunan Province. With the help of the local forestry bureau staff and workers’ hospital, I made some comments on the epidemic situation of this disease in recent years. Investigation and observation of some cases, it will be more complete information of the 49 cases of clinical analysis report is as follows.
