目的:开展石蒜新品种的选育。方法:在收集和评价石蒜种质资源的基础上,通过群体混合选择的方法选育石蒜新品种。结果:选育出了产量高、抗逆性强、稳定性好、适应性强和有效成分加兰他敏含量高的石蒜新品种“浙石蒜1号”。2006~2007年的大区试验表明,石蒜亩鲜产量平均为921.10 kg,比对照增产10.54%。该品种适宜本省低海拔丘陵、山区等地区种植。结论:“浙石蒜1号”在生产性示范中表现优良,值得推广。
Objective: To carry out the breeding of new varieties of Lycoris. Methods: Based on the collection and evaluation of Lycoris radiata germplasm resources, new varieties of Lycoris radiate were selected through the method of mixed selection of population. Results: A new variety of “Lycoris chinensis 1” with high yield, strong resistance, good stability, strong adaptability and high content of galantamine was bred. A large area trial from 2006 to 2007 showed that the average fresh yield per acreage was 921.10 kg, 10.54% more than that of the control.
