提出了一种提高传输控制协议(TCP)在移动网络中性能的方案Freeze-TCP+.Freeze-TCP+基于原有的Freeze-TCP协议,并在其中引入了网络测量机制.当发生网络切换后,数据发送者不是立刻发送整个窗口中的数据,而是根据首先进行的网络测量结果设置慢启动门限,从慢启动阶段开始发送数据.本方案很好地解决了Freeze-TCP在异种网络切换时出现的由于数据突发导致的数据丢失或者不能及时有效利用网络带宽的问题.网络仿真表明,Freeze-TCP+能够在发生任意情况的异种网络切换时,提高Freeze-TCP的性能.
