由于渐开线花键联接具有传动平稳,能自动定心,允许有较大的配合间隙等优点。因此,在汽车拖拉机传动系统中应用广泛。为了有利于渐开线花键联接件的加工,目前较多的是采用小模数渐开线花键。这样花键轴可采用冷打冷轧等少无切削工艺;花键孔则可采用拉削工艺。然而在制造渐开线花键拉刀时,因砂轮成形修整困难,而影响了应用。以往渐开线砂轮修整方法,大致有以下三种。 (1)渐开线模板仿形法。它由二块放大的凹形渐开线样板作靠模,通过比例缩放机构转换到砂轮的轮廓侧面(图1)。这种方法影响精度的因素很多,因此不常采用。 (2)圆弧近似代替渐开线(见图2)。这种方法虽然简单易行,但由于渐开线的曲率半径和曲率中心都在变化,因此不可能得到精确的渐开线。 (3)展成法。这是当前普遍使用的渐开线砂轮修
As the involute spline connection with a smooth transmission, can be automatic centering, allowing a larger gap with the advantages. Therefore, it is widely used in automobile tractor drive system.
