音乐是一种情感的艺术。我国著名的音乐家冼星海说:“音乐是人生最大的快乐,音乐是生活中的一股清泉,音乐是陶冶性情的熔炉。”在实行素质教育的今天,音乐教育不仅增长学生的音乐知识和音乐技能,而且要在音乐课中发挥它的特殊功能,培养学生的欣赏音乐美的能力,激发学生热爱生活、热爱人类、创造美、创造世界的思想情感。小学音乐课,是以音乐创作和音乐表现为前提,以“情”与“境”交融为手段,让学生置身于优美的旋律中,通过教师的引导,学生入情入境,去感受、去体验音乐美的所在,进一步陶冶学生的身心,促进学生身心全面健康发展。
