引言癸二酸二甲酯(以下简称二甲酯)是一种重要的有机合成中间体,其粗产品中常含有少量的癸二酸一甲酯,对使用经典的测定有机酸酯含量的方法-皂化当量法或比色法都有干扰;另一方面,空气中的 CO_2及使用的玻璃容器也常给皂化当量法的测定结果带来一定的误差。随着色谱技术的发展,用气相色谱法分离和测定二甲酯的文章已有不少,但关于癸二酸二甲酯和癸二酸一甲酯的分离测定尚未见报导,本文就使用气相色谱法分离测定二甲酯的条件及方法进行了探讨。实验证明,在一定的色谱条件下,二甲酯和一甲酯及其它杂质可以很好地分离(见附图1) ,选择适当的内标物定量测定二甲
Introduction Dimethyl sebacate (hereinafter referred to as dimethyl ester) is an important organic synthesis intermediates, the crude product often contains a small amount of methyl sebacate, the use of the classic method of determination of organic acid ester content - Saponification equivalent method or colorimetric method have interference; the other hand, the air of CO_2 and the use of glass containers often gives the saponification equivalent method of measurement results to some error. With the development of chromatographic techniques, there are many articles on the separation and determination of dimethyl esters by gas chromatography. However, the separation and determination of dimethyl sebacate and monomethyl sebacate have not been reported.
