工作投入度指在组织中员工对某项工作的承诺和责任心及为此付出的努力。提高医务人员的工作投入度将为医院创造更多的价值。本研究在分析其影响因素的基础上,探讨了提升医务人员工作投入度的方法。
Job engagement refers to the commitment and responsibility of employees in a given organization for an undertaking and efforts to that end. To improve the work input of medical staff will create more value for the hospital. Based on the analysis of its influencing factors, this study explores ways to improve the degree of medical staff input.
