目的:探讨牙周清洁在口腔治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:慢性牙周炎伴牙着色患者80例根据牙周清洁方法的不同平分为治疗组与对照组各40例,2组在牙周炎处理后,治疗组治以威十牙齿漂白剂,对照组治以牙齿漂白胶。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.0%和75.0%(P<0.05)。结论:威十牙齿漂白清洁在牙周病治疗中的临床应用可以提高治疗疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal cleaning in oral treatment. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic periodontitis with tooth coloring were equally divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to periodontal cleaning method. After treatment of periodontitis, two groups were treated with Granville ten teeth bleaching agent Group therapy to teeth bleach. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.0% and 75.0%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of Granville ten teeth bleaching and cleaning in the treatment of periodontal disease can improve the curative effect, which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
