一.我们小组的前身我们北京市中学生物教师学习会东南区小组是在1949年的冬季,由教育局和学习会干事会的领导而成立起来的。当时只有十几个人,由干事会发下学习提纲,大家进行讨论,同时也谈一些教学上的问题。到1950年的下半年,同志们都熟悉了,由於思想上的提高所以对本组的要求也增高了。于是我们就决定了学习李森科的“遗传及其变异”,有了问题,由负责人找专家去解答。虽然学习还不够深入,但对个人所存在的问题却敢于大胆地暴露了。比如对于疟疾的冷热是什么原故?和蚯蚓的生殖究竟是怎么一回事?等等类似问题。以前是不愿意提的但是现在是提出来了。这样一来,把个人以往模糊的地方就弄清楚了。同时我们还作了另外一件事:就是替组员介绍了工作。
I. The predecessor of our group Our team of Southeast Asian Biology Teachers’ Learning Society in Beijing was set up in the winter of 1949 by the leadership of the Board of Education and the Learning Council. At that time, there were only about a dozen people. The officers issued a study outline for discussion. Members also discussed some of the teaching problems. By the second half of 1950, the comrades were all familiar with the demands placed upon them by the improvement of their thinking. So we decided to learn Lysenko’s “genetic and mutation”, there is a problem, by the person in charge to find experts to answer. Although learning is not deep enough, it dared to boldly expose the individual problems. For example, what is the reason for the hot and cold of malaria? And what about the reproduction of earthworms? And so on. Previously unwilling to mention but now it is presented. As a result, the individual’s ambiguous past is clarified. At the same time, we have done another thing: we have introduced the work for the team members.
