目的观察一种复方醋酸氯己定外科手消毒液的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验对该消毒液进行消毒效果观察。结果含2 300 mg/L醋酸氯己定、15%乙醇的该复方消毒液作用2 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。用含1 200 mg/L醋酸氯己定与7.5%乙醇复方消毒液作用2min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00;作用3 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。用该复方外科手消毒液原液擦拭消毒1 min,对手上自然菌平均杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该复方醋酸氯己定外科手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀菌作用,对手上自然菌消毒效果符合规范要求。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a compound chlorhexidine acetate hand disinfectant. Methods The disinfectant was disinfected by the quantitative disinfection test and field disinfection test. The disinfection effect of the natural bacteria on the hand complies with the regulatory requirements.
