本项目是中国在海外投资并已投运的最大铜冶炼项目,历时27个月建设,于2009年2月17日投入生产。项目核心内容的艾萨熔炼流程集中体现了自主创新和节能降耗的特色,是国内首次自主完成艾萨熔炼技术的完整设计与开发和关键设备的全面国产化。主要包括:高效双旋流片喷枪系统的自主设计与国产化制造;艾萨炉控制系统自主集成、组态和开发;艾萨熔炼余热锅炉的自主设计和国产化。在国内原引进技术基础上,优化流程设计缩短流程长度;优化炉子设计完成艾萨炉分层排放等技术创新;完成熔炼炉直产白冰铜技术的研究和初步实践。在完整填补国内该项技术设计、制造国产化空白的同时,实现了艾萨熔炼技术的集成化再创新,成为标志着国内顶吹熔炼技术完整消化吸收集成化再创新的重要里程碑。
This project is the largest copper smelting project invested and put into operation by China. It lasted for 27 months and was put into production on February 17, 2009. The core of the project, the Isaac smelting process, embodies the characteristics of independent innovation and energy saving, and is the first time for China to complete the complete design and development of ISSA smelting technology and the full domestication of key equipment. Mainly include: Autonomous design and domestic manufacture of high efficiency double swirl gun system; Autonomous integration, configuration and development of Isa furnace control system; Autonomous design and localization of ISSA smelting waste heat boiler. On the basis of the imported technologies in China, the process design was optimized to shorten the process length. The furnace design was optimized to complete the technological innovation such as the stratified discharge of the ISAS furnace. The research and preliminary practice on the direct production of the white ice copper technology for the melting furnace were completed. While completely filling the domestic technical design and manufacturing domestic blank, we realized the integration and re-innovation of Isa Melting Technology, becoming an important milestone marking the complete re-innovation of complete digestion and absorption of top-blowing melting technology in China.
