目的:确定血塞通注射液中微量元素与其导致红细胞异常溶血的关联性。方法 :采用电感偶合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对不同生产厂家及批次的血塞通注射液中25种金属微量元素进行含量测定,并比较异常溶血组与正常溶血组血塞通注射液各微量元素差异。结果 :异常溶血组与正常溶血组血塞通注射液重金属元素未见差异,异常溶血组血塞通注射液中锌元素含量相对较高。结论 :血塞通注射液异常溶血现象与重金属致异常溶血无关。
Objective: To determine the correlation between the trace elements in Xuesaitong injection and the abnormal hemolysis of erythrocytes. Methods: The contents of 25 trace elements in Xuesaitong injection from different manufacturers and batches were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and compared with Xuesaitong injection Liquid trace elements difference. Results: There was no difference in the heavy metals between the Xuesaitong injection and the normal hemolytic group. The content of Zinc in the Xuesaitong injection was significantly higher in the abnormal hemolysis group. Conclusion: The abnormal hemolysis of Xuesaitong Injection has nothing to do with abnormal hemolysis induced by heavy metals.
